ReviewLead nudges recent clients via email or text to inquire about their experience. If a customer indicates that their experience was negative, they’ll be encouraged to leave direct feedback with your client via email, so the issue can be resolved privately (and may even turn into a positive review later). We’ll reach out to your client to schedule a kickoff meeting so that we can set up their seat in ReviewLead and launch review monitoring. We will also set up any opt-in items, such as review stream, email drip campaigns, custom domains, and more.
Step 3
We’ll keep you client notified of their progress with autogenerated reports from ReviewLead and ensure that all aspects of the software are up and running behind the scenes, so your client can continue seeing results. We will also reach out once a month for any new contacts they’d like to add to their email or text campaigns.
